Clearnote Church is also home to a daycare and after school program, Chapel Glen Early Learning Academy. Our program is run by an experienced early learning director and is certified by Paths to Quality. Children ages 6 weeks through 12 years receive Christ-centered instruction in an atmosphere of fun and loving care.

Family Atmosphere

Chapel Glen Early Learning Academy is dedicated to creating a fun, safe, caring environment for  families and staff alike. Children are encouraged to learn and explore at their own pace, and constant, open communication between parents and teachers is of the highest priority. With the help of our Procare software, we not only maintain a secure facility, but we also use the Procare KidsReport app in each classroom to keep families informed throughout the day.

Highly Trained Staff

Each member of our staff (including administration) receives a minimum of 20 hours of early  childhood training each year and are all CPR/AED and First Aid certified. Because we value quality teachers, we provide opportunities for staff to receive higher education in the early childhood field. We believe in pouring resources into our teaching staff, so that they are free to pour more of themselves into the children they teach.

Quality and Accountability

Chapel Glen Early Learning Academy has chosen to be a part of the Voluntary Certification Program and Paths to Quality Level 3. These programs not only hold us accountable to higher standards, but they also allow us to accept CCDF, On My Way PreK and Indy Preschool Scholarship Program (IndyPSP) vouchers, provide income-based tuition, and offer free meals through the Child and Adult Care Food Program. We also use the Pinnacle Curriculum, which is a lesson planning tool that adheres to Indiana’s Foundations of Education. From this curriculum, teachers implement lesson plans that accommodate children of all ages and stages of development.
